1 STARTING
Use the following procedure for normal starts:
- Cyclic, anti-torque pedals neutral. Collective full down.
- Master On
- Alternator On
- Throttle to idle
- Mixture full rich
- Mags to Both
- Press and hold starter until engine starts
- Slowly roll throttle on to 2500
- Governor on
- Allow RPM increase to 2900
To bypass the normal procedure and start immediately, you can use the "Fast Start" button or simply type "qstart" in local chat.
2 SHUT DOWN
Use the following procedure to shut down the engine:
- Governor off
- Throttle to idle
- Mixture lean
- After engine stops, mags to off
- Master and Alternator Off
