- Fuel controller failure kills engine.
- Anchoring too close to a sim edge can cause the aircraft to be flung around if it crosses the sim edge while anchored
- Turning off fluid consumption sets APU accumulator level to 0 and prevents APU starting
- Tail rotor strikes damage main rotor instead
- Failed Auxiliary Hydraulic system does not disable FC mode
- Seat access controls for RDF and hoist operator seats
- Activating Hoist shear on a cargo converted aircraft turns it invisible
