&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Start Mode – NORMAL&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;No. 2 Engine – Start using normal procedures&lt;br /&gt;

This procedure should be avoided except when absolutely necessary to complete mission.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Start Procedures – As normal up through advancing speed control to IDLE&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Emerg. Fuel Lever – Advance slowly to accelerate N1 to 56%.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Emerg. Fuel Lever – Close slowly&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;If engine continues to run at 56%, follow normal procedures.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;The Emergency Fuel Levers (EFL) bypass normal fuel meter to control fuel flow directly.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;If using EFLs due to fuel controller failure, control will only be possible above the valve position at the time of the controller failure.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Collective changes must be made very slowly with reference to N2 for the affected engine to avoid rotor stall, or engine overspeed.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Increases in collective will require increases on the EFL.  Decreases in collective will require decreases in the EFL.&lt;br /&gt;
